How this works
Most resume advice is generic. This tool isn't.
It analyses your resume against a specific job description using a six-part framework:
- ATS Keyword Match What terms from the JD already appear in your resume — exact matches and close variants. These are your green lights.
- ATS Gaps Keywords and phrases the JD uses that your resume doesn't — but where you likely have the experience. The ATS might be filtering you out before a human ever reads your name.
- Transferable Skills Non-obvious connections between your background and the role. The stuff a hiring manager would notice if they read carefully, but an ATS never would.
- Lead With This Given this specific role, what should appear first? What's your strongest signal for this particular reader?
- Downplay or Cut What creates friction or distraction for this role. Not bad experience — just noise for this specific JD.
- Phrasing Swaps Exact language from the JD you should adopt. Same experience, right words. This is how you pass the ATS without lying.
